Improve your Aircraft’s performance with our 2 blade experimental propeller designed specifically for various Continental and Lycoming O-235 powered aircraft such as Cubs and other similar aircraft. This propeller is manufactured using an internal pressure, closed mold system to produce a hollow, one piece blade. This process yields very repeatable blades with maximum strength, durability, and low weight. This propeller has the strength and durability to give you thousands of hours of trouble free flying.
This propeller features a co-cured bonded stainless steel leading edge for erosion and FOD protection. The two piece hub is manufactured from aerospace grade aluminum and is shot peened for durability and anodized for corrosion protection.
The Pitch Pin Hub System allows its users to set a broad range of pitches, using the system’s index pins to make adjustments. Simply loosen the hub clamping bolts, insert the desired pitch pin, set the blades against the pin, torque the mounting bolts and go flying! The entire pitch change process takes less than 5 minutes.
This 2 blade propeller is suitable for use on the Lycoming O-235 and Continental engines ranging from A-65 through O-200. The blades can be trimmed from the maximum 72″ diameter to 68″ diameter.

Sensenich’s 72CKS6 Aluminum Propeller was designed for use on the Lycoming O-235 engine. This propeller has become a favorite of Cessna 152 owners due to the numerus STC’s available.
This propeller comes with a 1-1/2″ spacer. It is available in a number of different pitches to match your aircraft’s speed profile. This blade was designed for in aircraft with a speed range of 80 – 130 MPH. The propeller is also available for purchase with the C2326 spinner, which is necessary for our STC on the Cessna 152. Part number for the STC kit is S72CKS6. These spinners come complete with the blade cutouts and are alodined for corrosion protection, ready for you to paint to match your aircraft. All Sensenich aluminum propellers are manufactured from 2025 forged aluminum. The propellers are CNC machined and hand-finished to very tight tolerances. Each propeller then goes through a rigid 56 point inspection to assure you of the highest quality, most problem free propeller available. All aluminum propellers are vibration tested before being approved for use on any engine. |
